    This one might seem obvious to some but it’s something that has truly worked for myself and it a constant reminder that small wins STACK UP over time. I can apply this to every single one of my exercises. For example, on my dumbbell curls, if the previous week I got 3 sets for 22, 22, and 15 for a weight, this week I will try to get three sets for 23, 23, and 16. I might not always achieve this, however even if I get the first set to 23 and the other sets remain the same, I know that I am making progress. I can apply this to the other sets as well if I get the same repetitions in the first set. Doing this allows me the opportunity to create wins every time I workout and have objective evidence that I am improving weekly.

  1. Writing (Both physically and digitally)

    Writing this newsletter and now journaling (one of my new habits that I want to develop is to journal every day) is allowing me to reflect daily, communicate better, and bring awareness to my life. Right now I get a lot of great tactics from Dickie Bush. I definitely recommend giving him a follow. You can see his content starting here.

    I now know that whenever I am not having the best day, I can go listen to this guy. IAM TONGI has arrived. Usually I do not watch American Idol, but I am so glad I do this year as I have been able to watch this young star in the making perform.
